Delete option for student response in Google Form Under 'Collect email addresses', select Verified. Next to 'Responses', click the down arrow. The confirmation displays on each page of the form. You can require students to do corrections using the feedback from the ‘ View score‘ button, and then you can delete their response from the Response screen on the Google Form, allowing them a manual retake. Important: Respondents must confirm that their Google Account email address gets collected with their response. With this option, only one attempt is allowed. Option 3 – Select only ‘ Limit to 1 Response ‘Ī third option is to select only ‘Limit to 1 response’. Using option 2, the instructor can see how many reattempts a student makes and their score for each attempt. You can hide the ‘ Submit another response ‘ option in the Setting -> Quiz options. When the student submits their form, they will see the ‘ View Score ‘ and ‘ Submit another response ‘ options. SurveyMonkeys free plan caps the number of responses you can view at 40. Using these settings, an instructor will only see a student’s final score and not any information on their number of attempts. The limit does not exist when it comes to the number of responses you can receive in Google Formsor at least there isnt an official limit set by Google. The ‘Edit your response’ link allows them to retry the quiz, and all their previous responses will show and can be changed. They can also view any feedback you provide for each question. The ‘ View score ‘ button will show which of their responses were correct or incorrect. The first is to ‘View score’, and the one below it is to ‘Edit your response’. When a student completes a form and clicks ‘Submit’, they will see buttons. With both of these selected, a form is limited to one attempt that can be edited after submission.
